    Postponement


    Why has the event been postponed?

    We have taken the decision to postpone the event due to exceptional circumstances. This is not a decision we take lightly, but we believe it is the right course of action.


    Is this event cancelled or postponed?

    The event has been postponed, not cancelled. We are planning to reschedule it for autumn this year.


    Will the event still take place in Brussels?

    Yes. The intention is for the event to take place in Brussels, and it is a policy forum for European Commission policymakers to engage with the energy industry.


    Will the agenda or speakers change? 

    We are reviewing the programme and speaker line-up as part of the rescheduling process. Updates will be shared in due course.

     
    Can you cover travel or accommodation costs already incurred? 

    We appreciate that this change may cause inconvenience. As the event is free to attend, we are not able to cover travel or accommodation costs.



     Is there a refund available?

    The event is free to attend, so there are no tickets or fees to refund.
     


    How will I be kept informed?

    All registered attendees will receive updates by email once further details are confirmed.

    Do I need to re-register?

    Your current ticket will roll over to the new date. When the new date is confirmed we will be in contact with you to reconfirm your ticket. 


    What if I can no longer attend the rescheduled event?

    We understand that availability may change. There is no obligation to attend the rescheduled event but you can register to watch online if you are unable to join in-person for the rescheduled date.
